Pep Boys, like many companies, has recognized the public’s focus on the environment. Many corporations are scrambling to prove to consumers how “green” they are. The auto industry in particular struggles with a generally negative reputation for sustainability. Pep Boys is fortunate to have had many recycling programs already in place, however customers are unaware of them.
